Our Developer client wanted to create two home with identical floor plans but with completely differing exteriors to exceed market expectations in the bluechip location of Daresbury Lane.

With some very tight requirements due to Planning issues, we managed to create two very spacious homes with minimal wasted hallways. Each home has two master suite (one up, one down), two bedrooms, three living spaces (one formal lounge and an upstairs rumpus room for the kids), large laundry and scullery, drive-through garages and plenty of sun coming into the home.

No expense was spared to make these homes a pleasure to live in.  Our client was very hands on through the design and build processes, which made for a successful project. We are very proud of what was achieved and enjoyed the opportunity to create homes that sold as soon as they hit the market.
