Following on from a number of previous successful projects for this developer, these three homes were a challenge to design due to the ground conditions and flood management requirements.

Considerations
During the feasibility stage, we looked at a number of options to get the best out of the restrictive rules set in place by the council which culminated in a assemblage of individual homes sharing design elements.

Our approach
Our approach was to create three freestanding, individual homes which are private and sheltered from each other whilst maximizing sunlight and using the land to great advantage.

The living spaces are well proportioned and allow great connection to the outside wrap around decks which are all separated from each other to ensure privacy whilst having fantastic all-day sun.
